THE CLIENT
I had the opportunity to collaborate with a super cool screen printing and embroidery business based in Ericeira — PRINTEE — a town known for its deep connection to the ocean, creativity, and surf culture. The client wanted to create a custom graphics kit filled with bold, original illustrations that captured both the spirit of Ericeira’s sea life and their craft.
The idea was to design a series of versatile graphics they could use across different formats: clothing, stickers, packaging, and digital content.
THE CHALLENGE
The main challenge was to blend two different worlds:
The vibe of Ericeira’s coastline with elements like crabs, octopuses, fishing ropes, etc…
The technical elements of their trade — screen printing tools, embroidery needles, ink splashes, etc…
The goal was to create something that felt fresh and authentic, something their clients and community would instantly connect with.
THE SOLUTION
I developed a graphics kit made up of detailed illustrations and badge-style logos — all designed in a cohesive visual language. The elements featured sea creatures, stylized fishing gear, and custom illustrations of printing and embroidery tools.
The result was a flexible set of assets they could easily adapt to merch, print materials, and digital use — bringing Ericeira’s sea vibes and their creative work into one strong visual identity.
